(At least for a little while)
I lived in Brisbane for too long, the Gold Coast for 11years. Business and holidays have taken me to many large cities such as London, Shanghai, Beijing, Cairo so I have seen a little of the concrete jungles.
I really enjoy taking international guests on tours of the Atherton Tablelands. Watching the Japanese guests from Tokyo soaking up the green rainforest walls lining the road. The French children fascinated by the wallabies along the bush roads in Yungaburra. This makes it all worthwhile.
Come to Far North Queensland but whatever you do don’t miss out on the natural wonderland of the Atherton Tablelands.
